Data Collection Schedule

January Annual subscription activities begin.  New and returning community colleges submit subscription forms and are billed for the subscription fee.

March Data-collection workbooks that define data elements and benchmark calculations are e-mailed to subscribing institutions' contact persons.

June Completed data-collection workbooks are due to NCCBP.  Data are checked for missing and inconsistent information. Reports that list missing data elements and inconsistencies are distributed electronically for review and update.

July Verified and updated data are due to NCCBP.  So that NCCBP results can be included in participants' planning and reporting processes, timely return of corrections and updates is expected.

October NCCBP reports aggregate results that compare subscribing institutions' data to national benchmark values, a best practices report, and usernames and passwords for access to the subscriber area of the NCCBP Web site.
